How can I sync variants but not prices?
Unfortunately variants sync and price sync need to be enabled together because of the way Shopee & Lazada works. Whenever there is a variant change on Shopify the app has to recreate the variants on Shopee/Lazada. This means that the existing prices on Shopee/Lazada are lost when the app changes the variants on Shopee/Lazada.
If you want to sync the variants but not the prices, here are a few suggestions
- Keep both Variants sync and Price Sync enabled. But use the Shopify compare at price for Shopee by following the instructions here: How do I use Shopify's "compare at prices" for Shopee?
- Disable both Variants sync and Price Sync. Whenever you change the variants on Shopify, make sure you also change the variants on Shopee to match. Then disconnect the product and manually link them to make sure it is linked correctly.
