How do I disable price syncing?
To disable the price syncing, Variants Sync will need to be unchecked first
To disable price syncing go to Shopify Admin > Apps > Easy Shopee & Lazada > Shopee Preferences and uncheck the Price box (see screenshot)
Because of the way Shopee works, to disable price syncing you will need to disable variants sync as well.

However, note that if you don't have Variants sync enabled, updating variants on Shopify will not update Shopee. Meaning that you have different variants on Shopify and Shopee and the app may not be able to sync the stock correctly.
If you want to keep Shopee prices higher than Shopify prices, we recommend using Shopify's Compare at Prices. For more information about using Compare at prices read this article.
Why must price and variants syncing be enabled together?
In order to sync variants the app might have to delete all variants on the marketplace and replace them with new variants. When the app does that prices on the deleted variants will be lost. To make sure you have the right expectations for how the app works, prices must be synced when variants are synced.
For example, let's say a product starts with these variants:
Shopify: Size: L ($4), M ($5)
Shopee: Size: L ($4), M ($5)
Now we change the variants on Shopify
Shopify: Size & Color: L, Red ($4), M, Red($5), L, Green ($5), M, Green($5),
to get the same variants on Shope we would need to delete all variants
Shopee: delete all variants
and then create new variants
Shopee: Size & Color: L, Red ($4), M, Red($5), L, Green ($5), M, Green($5) (new variants)
Now imagine if variants sync was enabled and price sync was disabled.
Shopify and Shopee starts out the same
Shopify: Size: L ($4), M ($5)
Shopee: Size: L ($4), M ($5)
Let's change the Shopee prices
Shopify: Size: L ($4), M ($5)
Shopee: Size: L ($7), M ($8)
Now we change the variants on Shopify
Shopify: Size & Color: L, Red ($4), M, Red($5), L, Green ($5), M, Green($5),
to get the same variants on Shope we would need to delete all variants
Shopee: delete all variants and then create new variants
Shopee: Size & Color: L, Red ($?), M, Red ($?), L, Green ($?), M, Green($?) (new variants)
what should the new prices be?
- it must be the same price as Shopify because these are new variants. This is a valid assumption.
Shopee: Size & Color: L, Red ($4), M, Red ($5), L, Green ($5), M, Green ($5) (new variants)
- Since L and M still exists they should follow the old prices. This is also a valid assumption.
Shopee: Size & Color: L, Red ($7), M, Red ($8), L, Green ($7), M, Green ($8) (new variants)
Both 1 and 2 are valid assumptions and some sellers will assume 1, some will assume 2. But if sellers make the wrong assumption then Shopee prices will be different! To make sure everyone's assumptions are correct the app makes it clear that when syncing variants, Shopee will always follow Shopify prices.
