Does the app have any bugs?

I can't promise you that the app has no bugs. But we have worked hard to make sure that the app is reliable. The app has processed over 140,000,000 updates to Shopee for more than 2 years so we are confident it will work well for you.

If you do find an issue with the app, just let us know and we will usually be able fix it in a day or two.

However, note that the app does have limitations because of the way Shopify, Shopee and Lazada works. For example,

• Syncing Limitations when Shopee Product is under promotion
• Price Syncing Limitations
• Syncing Limitations when Lazada Product is under promotion
• Syncing Shopify Variants to Shopee
• Syncing Shopify Variants to Lazada
• Why can't I find my category when I try to add to Lazada?

Unfortunately we cannot fix these issues because these are limits placed on us by Shopee and Lazada.
