Why do my Shopify products keep selling when out of stock?

If you are selling both on Shopify and on Shopee, you might see negative stock if your products sell very quickly. For example, in the screenshot, the Shopee order was created even though the stock was already 0.

Even at the best of times, there is going to be a few minutes lag because

• the app has to wait for Shopee to notify us about a new order,
• the app has to wait for Shopee to update the stock etc.

We will always try to update both Shopify and Shopee as quickly as possible, but there will always be a little lag when trying to sync on 2 different platforms.
