How long does it take for Shopee orders to be imported into Shopify?

The app depends on Shopee to notify us about new orders. Most of the time Shopee will notify us immediately. But from experience we have noticed that it sometimes takes Shopee a few hours to notify us about the new order. As a backup, we actively pull new orders from Shopee at least once an hour. This makes sure that in case they forget to notify us, we will be able get any new orders within an hour.
