How long does it take for stocks to synchronize?

Shopify → Shopee

If the stock is changed on Shopify, they will notify us immediately and we will update Shopee as soon as possible. It might take up to a few minutes for Shopee to update the stock.

Shopee → Shopify

The app depends on Shopee to notify us about new orders. Most of the time Shopee will notify us immediately. But from experience we have noticed that it sometimes takes Shopee a few hours to notify us about the new order. As a backup, we actively pull new orders from Shopee at least once an hour. This makes sure that in case they forget to notify us, we will be able get any new orders within an hour.
