How long does it take for products and orders to synchronize?

Shopify Product → Marketplace (e.g. Shopee)

For product syncs, the app waits for Shopify to notify us when there is a change in the product. e.g. when the title is changed, when the stock is changed etc. This usually happens immediately. It might take a few minutes for the marketplace to update the product.

If there are no changes on the Shopify product the app will never update the marketplace product. If you need to update the marketplace product without waiting for changes on Shopify, we recommend forcing an update with the app: How do I manually update all my linked Shopee products?

Marketplace Orders → Shopify

The app depends on the marketplace to notify us about new orders. Most of the time they will notify us immediately. But from experience sometimes Shopee takes a few hours to notify us about a new order. As a backup, we actively pull new orders from Shopee at least once an hour. This makes sure that in case they forget to notify us we will be able get any new orders within an hour.
