How do I do a stock check?

To do a stock check between Shopee and Shopify, please click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the app, and click on "Stock Check..."

This will send you a CSV file that shows the current stock, the CSV will look like this:

Most of the time stocks are not in sync for 2 reasons:

  1. The stock are not in sync because the products are still in promotion. For details please read: Syncing Limitations when Shopee Product is under promotion
  2. When there is a small difference in stock (e.g. stock is 10 in Shopify but 9 in Shopee) it is because there is a new order on Shopee that still has not been imported to Shopify. There is a delay before the app can receive all the orders from Shopee. Please read this for more information: How long does it take for stocks to synchronize? . This small stock difference is normal and will resolve by itself in a few minutes.
