How do I add and sync products to Shopee?

Add a product to Shopee

1. Open the app and find the Shopify product.
2. Pick a Shopee category. It starts as the "Default Shopee Category" from the preferences page.
3. Click "Add to Shopee".

• To add several products at once, select them and click "Add all to Shopee".
• If a product shows "Fix Product", fix it on Shopify first.
• You can also add from the product's page in Shopify Admin: More actions > Add to Shopee.
• Already have the product on Shopee? Use "Link to Shopee" instead. See Adding vs linking a product.

What happens next

• The app creates a new unlisted product on Shopee. This can take a few minutes.
• To add new products as listed, turn on "Add new products as Listed" on the preferences page.
• The Shopify and Shopee products are now linked and sync automatically.

Choose what syncs

Stock is always synced. Choose the rest on the preferences page under "Shopify Products → Shopee Products":

• Price
• Product Title
• Product Description (Text)
• Product Images
• Parent SKU
• Variants
• Variant SKUs
• Inventory from just one Location
• Unlist on Shopee when the Shopify product is deleted
• Unlist on Shopee when the Shopify product is set to Draft or Archived

Stop syncing a product

1. Click "Disconnect from Shopee".
2. Click "Yes stop syncing this product".

• The products are no longer linked, so nothing syncs between them.
• The product on Shopee is not deleted.
