How do I add and sync products to TikTok?
Add a product to TikTok
- Open the app and find the Shopify product.
- Pick a TikTok category. It starts as the "Default Category" from the preferences page.
- Click "Add to TikTok".
- To add several products at once, select them and click "Add all to TikTok".
- If a product shows "Fix Product", fix it on Shopify first.
- You can also add from the product's page in Shopify Admin: More actions > Add to TikTok.
- Already have the product on TikTok? Use "Link to TikTok" instead. See Adding vs linking a product.
- If adding is disabled because there is no TikTok warehouse, set one up in TikTok Seller Center, then click "Refresh Warehouse" on TikTok Preferences. See How do I fix "Adding disabled because there is no TikTok Warehouse"?.
What happens next
- The app creates a new Draft product on TikTok. This can take a few minutes.
- To add new products as listed, turn on "Add new products as Listed" on the preferences page.
- The Shopify and TikTok products are now linked and sync automatically.
Choose what syncs
Stock is always synced. Choose the rest on the preferences page under "Shopify Products → TikTok":
- Variants
- Price
- Product Title
- Product Description
- Product Images
- Inventory from just one Location
- Unlist when Shopify product is deleted
- Unlist when Shopify product is set to Draft or Archived
Changes to these options don't apply to linked products right away. Force update linked products after changing them.
Stop syncing a product
- Click "Disconnect from TikTok".
- Click "Yes stop syncing this product".
- The products are no longer linked, so nothing syncs between them.
- The product on TikTok is not deleted.
