The TikTok warehouse is part of your TikTok store's settings to let TikTok now where to pick-up and/or return your inventory for your sold products.
You'll be able to find it on your TikTok seller dashboard. Look at the side menu under "My Account -> Account Settings" and then selecting "Warehouse Settings".
