What should I do if I am having issues connecting to Shopee and not receiving verification code by SMS or email
By default Shopee will send the verification code to your phone number. When it is sent to your phone number it should look like this

You can find out which phone number it will be sent by going to
Shopee Seller Center > Home > Shop Setting (the shop setting button should be on your store profile at the top right) > Account & Security

If you do not want to get the verification code by phone,
you can turn off this setting by going to
Shopee Seller Center > Home > Shop Setting (the shop setting button should be on your store profile at the top right) > Account & Security
and turn off this setting

The verification email will be sent to the email on this page
