Will we be charged a transaction fee by Shopify for orders that are created by the app?

No you will not be charged for the Shopify orders that are created by the app.

The transaction happens over at Shopee, meaning your payout and fees will handled by Shopee and not by Shopify. When the app creates an order on Shopify it's just importing data from Shopee.
