Why must my products cost less than $200?

This only affects Shopee sellers in Singapore

Since June 2026 Shopee has implemented 2 new rules that will force all products to be less than $200.

  1. Products sold with SPX Express or Collection Points must be less than $200 https://seller.shopee.sg/edu/article/16064/SPX-self-collection-channel
  2. If SPX Express or Collection Points are disabled, "Doorstep Delivery", "Next Day Delivery", "Pick Lockers" must also be disabled on the Shop level.
  3. Since this covers all logistics, this means that SPX Express and Collection Points can never be disabled.

To fix this, either

  • make sure prices are below $200
  • or disable "SPX Express", "Collection Points", and "Pick Lockers" on the shop level. If you cannot disable it on the shop level try disabling on the product level and let us know which product ID you'd like to fix.

Update: We're internally testing a fix for this, if you have any issues syncing your products to Shopee with any variants costing more than $200, please ask us to help you update them.
