Use Shopify Draft Orders

By default the app will create Shopify Orders directly when importing orders from Marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok). Instead of creating a Shopify draft order and then using that draft order to create a Shopify Order the default method will create Shopify Orders directly.

This feature disables creating Shopify Orders directly and creates orders using draft orders.

There are known problems with using draft orders. Here's a comparison of the two workflows:

Creating Shopify Orders directly

• the channel field will be correct
• is faster. If you have a lot of orders then orders will be imported in time.
• has less bugs
• Shopify Order cannot be edited
• Shopify Order will not include GST

Creating Shopify Orders with Draft Orders

• The channel field will be incorrect.
• is slower. If you have a lot of orders then orders will not be imported in time.
• orders might not be created on time because of Shopify server errors
• Shopify Order can be edited
• Shopify Order will include GST if GST is configured correctly on Shopify
