Use Shopify Draft Orders

By default when importing orders from Marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok) to Shopify, the app will create Shopify Orders directly without using Shopify Draft Orders.

If you need to edit Shopify Orders or need to support GST you will need to use draft orders. However there are known problems with using draft orders! Here's a comparison of the two workflows:

Creating Shopify Orders directly

• the channel field will be correct
• is faster
• has less bugs
• Shopify Order cannot be edited
• Shopify Order will not include GST

Creating Shopify Orders with Draft Orders

• The channel field will be incorrect.
• is slower
• orders might not be created on time because of Shopify server errors
• Shopify Order can be edited
• Shopify Order will include GST if GST is configured correctly on Shopify
