Using "Shopee Shipping Fee (by seller) as Refund"

“Include Shopee shipping fee paid by seller” tries to add the shipping fee as a Shopify discount. Sometimes Shopee only provides the shipping fee AFTER the Shopify order has been created. But it is too late then because the app cannot add more discounts to the Shopify after the order has been created.

To fix this, the app can add the seller shipping fee as a refund https://admin.shopify.com/apps/shopee-channel/shopify/preferences

“Add shopee shipping fee by seller as refund” is a meant as a fix for this problem. Because Shopify let's the app create refunds even after the Shopify Order has been created. Note that because Shopee only provides the shipping fee AFTER it has shipped, it might take a few days for the refund to show up on the Shopify order.

Please disable the "Include Shopee Shipping Fee paid by Seller" setting at the same time. This makes sure you won't get double charged on the fee.
