Why is all the orders from Lazada and Shopee went into only Shopee channel?

You can disregard the sales channel information. Please rely on the order tags instead to see if it came from Lazada or Shopee.

The sales channel information was added by Shopify a while back but we've been told they've deprecated it.

The reason why it's always "Shopee" is because they used a word from our app's name "Easy Shopee and Lazada".

We were in a very long support ticket with them asking them to change it for us because they do not allow us to change it anywhere but until today we've gotten nowhere with this with them unfortunately.
