How do I disconnect my TikTok Shop from the app?

  1. As a seller, you can go to your seller center

  1. From the sidebar, look for Growth > App store

  1. On the App store page, look for the ... on the top right and click it, then proceed to click on "My apps and incidents"

  1. Look for Easy TikTok and click on cancel.
