How do I find products that are not linked to the app?

If you have existing products from Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok that are not currently linked to the app, you can find them by:

  1. go to Shopify Admin > Apps > Easy Shopee & Lazada > Add to [Marketplace] and
  2. click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the app, and
  3. click on "Unlinked Products"

This will send you a CSV file that shows the current unlinked products, the CSV for Shopee for example will look like this:
