Syncing Product Images

The app only syncs Product Images.

The app cannot sync Variant Images because Shopee makes it really hard to do that. To change the variant image the app needs to delete the Shopee variant, and then create a new Shopee variant. If the app does that too frequently there will be issues with Shopee because buyers might buy a deleted Shopee variant.

We recommend that you set up the variant images correctly before adding them Shopee.

If you change variant images on Shopify and want to make sure the variant images are updated on Shopee. There is indirect way to make sure the variant images are updated. You need to

1. change the variant option name for the product Shopify

This will force the app to delete all the variants on Shopee and create new variants on Shopee with the new variant images from Shopify.
